Core Monthly Bookkeeping
Prices start at $350 per month and vary depending on volume and complexity.
Quickbooks Online subscription included (up to Plus level) - We work exclusively in Quickbooks Online, so we cover your fee for the length of our contract.
Monthly transaction categorization (up to 200/month) - We will make sure every transaction within your accounts are accurately coded each month, which gives you a true picture of your expenses and income.
Receipt management (subscription fee included) - We will set you up with a receipt management app, which allows you to upload crucial data by snapping a quick photo of your receipts or forwarding emailed invoices, saving you time and ensuring accurate categorization. Images are securely stored in a searchable online filing system so your record-keeping is IRS compliant & everything is easy to access.
Monthly reconciliation of up to 10 accounts (bank, credit card, loan) - We will account for every penny that passes through your accounts, which means that not only do your books match your bank but any unusual charges are caught and dealt with quickly, saving you money.
Monthly video to review financial reports - We will email your financial reports package along with a pre-recorded video walking you through important data and the metrics most valuable to you.
Unlimited communication through our Client Portal - We will send and answer questions and requests through our secure, dedicated Client Portal.
1099 tracking and e-filing (up to 10 forms, additional on a per form basis) - We will identify vendors and subcontractors who require a 1099 form from your company, request the necessary documentation from them and file their 1099s each year, meaning your business is compliant without lifting a finger!

Custom Bookkeeping

Build your own unique bookkeeping package with any of the Monthly and Add On products to create the exact mix of services that is just right for your business needs.
Add On Services
Custom Reporting - If you need to track metrics in a different way than our standard financial reporting package includes, we will work with you to create the reports that tell you exactly the data you want to know, in the format you want it.
Quickbooks Online Setup - If you are new to QBO we will set up your account and migrate your data from other accounting platforms if necessary.
Assisted Payroll with Gusto - We help set up your Gusto payroll subscription, manage the integration with Quickbooks, ensure payroll data is accurately recorded in your books and that your payroll process runs smoothly. You input hours and run your payroll each pay period. We can also get you a sign up bonus and a discounted subscription from Gusto (cha-ching)!
Accounts Payable - We will work with you to set up a bill pay workflow so you decide which bills are paid and when. Then all you have to do is give your approval and leave the rest to us!
Strategy Session - We will use a one hour call to deep dive into your business’s finances, goals and challenges. We will work together to identify solutions and strategies to help you meet your goals and optimize growth. Afterward you will receive a recording of the call and other resources so you can refer back to them any time.
Clean Up & Catch Up
Clean Up - We will perform a diagnostic review on your current books to identify missing and inaccurate data such as incorrectly categorized transactions, accounts that are not included on the books, unreconciled asset and liability accounts and duplicated data. We will then create a plan to address all inaccuracies within the time period being cleaned up. At the end of the process you will have a clear, accurate picture of your finances.
Catch Up - If you have not entered data in QBO for a while (or ever) we will work with you to get your books up to date and ready to be maintained on a monthly basis.
DIY & Start Up Products
Bookkeeping Tracker - Not quite ready to set up an accounting software or hire a bookkeeper? No problem!
